Mindanao Children's Library Foundation, Inc.

Children of Mindanao face various social and economic problems such as poverty, lack for access and education, being victimized from fighting between armed groups, weakening of traditional beliefs and cultures, increase in the feeling of hatred and revenge and decrease of support from extended families and communities. These are some factors that arise which contribute to the misery of the less fortunate children in Mindanao.

The Mindanao Children's Library (MCL) Foundation, Inc. established some forms of remedies such as Story Telling, Culture Project; which the cultures and traditions in Mindanao inherited from the ancient people were emphasized towards the direction of learning, sharing and preserving them through cultural presentations. Medical, Day Care, Shelter Projects and Scholarship Programs provide help to children in rural areas and the minorities, indigenous children and Muslim children in Mindanao.
